Where is your Burien office?
Our Burien office is at 15811 Ambaum Blvd SW, Suite 110, Burien, WA 98166, on the Ambaum Blvd SW corridor and close to SeaTac. There is parking at the office, with bus service along Ambaum. We share current parking and transit notes when we confirm your appointment.
Which communities does this office serve?
This office serves Burien, White Center, SeaTac, Normandy Park, Boulevard Park and the broader south King County area in person. Anyone elsewhere in Washington can see the same therapists by secure video, so where you live does not have to decide whether you get care.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept Kaiser, Premera, Regence, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Cigna at our Burien office, and we recommend confirming your specific coverage with your insurer before your first session. You will not have to guess about cost or default to paying cash the way much of the south-Seattle market requires.
How soon can I be seen at this office?
First appointments are available the same week. You do not have to sit on a weeks-long waitlist to start, and we are accepting new clients now at the Burien office and by video.
What services are offered at the Burien office?
Therapy and counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, couples, families, children, teens and adults, plus psychiatry and medication management. Any service can be delivered in person or by secure video.
Can I meet by video instead of coming to Burien?
Yes. Every service at this office is available by secure video anywhere in Washington, with the same therapist you would see in person. It is a good fit if you are in SeaTac or Normandy Park, the commute is hard or you prefer your own space. See therapy by secure video across Washington for how online care works here.
Are you open evenings or weekends?
Yes. The Burien office is open weekday evenings until 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. Those hours are part of what makes care here easy to keep around work and family.
Is your Burien office near SeaTac airport?
Yes, about an 8-minute drive from SeaTac. Our Burien office sees clients who work near the airport, live in SeaTac proper, or commute through south King County. Same-week appointments and Saturday hours make it workable for shift-based schedules.
Do you work with families in the Highline Public Schools district?
Yes. We see Highline-area children, teens and parents, and we can coordinate with school counselors when that helps. Highline Public Schools serves Burien, White Center, SeaTac, Normandy Park and Des Moines, and many of our Burien families come to us from that catchment.
Can I see a Burien clinician by secure video if I'm in White Center, SeaTac or Normandy Park?
Yes. Every clinician at our Burien office is also available by secure video anywhere in Washington, with the same therapist either way. That is a real option if the commute is hard, your schedule rules out the drive, or you simply prefer your own space. See therapy by secure video across Washington for how online care works here.
